MIND Institute
Started by families of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), the UC Davis MIND Institute today is an internationally respected research institute examining the course, consequences, and causes of and treatments for ASD, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), chromosome 22q11.2 deletion syndrome, Down syndrome and fragile X syndrome, among other conditions. The MIND Institute also offers through its clinical program comprehensive evidence-based assessments and treatments for children, adolescents and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions. An associated Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities provides educational resources, training, and supports for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders of all ages and their families.

First Steps Infant Program
The First Steps Infant Program provides early intervention services and family support for children from birth to the age of three years in Yolo County. The Yolo County Transportation District administers YOLOBUS, which operates local and intercity bus service 365 days a year in Yolo County and neighboring areas.
